Learning \& Development (L\&D) Manager

Location:

Role Overview:

Tata Electronics is establishing a state-of-the-art

semiconductor manufacturing facility in Dholera

and is seeking an experienced

Learning \& Development (L\&D) Manager

to build and deliver comprehensive learning programs. The role will cover

technical, behavioral, and leadership development

, with strong emphasis on

LMS management

,

training design and delivery

, and

capability building

.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the

L\&D strategy

supporting business and technology capability goals.

  • Accomplished facilitator and coach
  • Manage and enhance the

Learning Management System (LMS)

– content design, administration, and analytics.

  • Plan and deliver

technical training programs

for engineers, technicians, and operators in semiconductor processes, equipment, and cleanroom environments.

  • Conduct and facilitate

behavioral and soft-skill development programs

to strengthen leadership and team effectiveness.

  • Deliver

training sessions

directly and support internal trainers and subject matter experts.

  • Conduct

training needs analysis (TNA)

, competency mapping, and build structured learning roadmaps for various roles.

  • Partner with functional leaders, technical experts, and academic/training institutes for customized learning interventions.
  • Track and evaluate

training effectiveness

and build a strong learning culture across the organization.

Desired Profile:

  • 8–12\+ years of experience in

Learning \& Development

, preferably within

semiconductor, technology, manufacturing

,

electronics

industries

.

  • Strong experience in

LMS management, technical training design and delivery, and behavioral capability building

.

  • Hands-on exposure to

content creation, e-learning tools

, and blended learning methodologies.

  • Excellent

facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management

skills.

  • Exposure to

greenfield or large-scale facility setups
