Major Transmission Infrastructure Projects

We're seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading organisation delivering major electrical infrastructure projects across Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused professional with extensive contract management experience on high-value capital projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle for multiple high-value infrastructure projects.
• Lead and oversee the tender process for NEC contracts.
• Negotiate, draft, and administer complex contracts.
• Manage post-contract commercial activities, including payment forecasting, accruals, compensation events, and contract administration.
• Support the successful commercial delivery of a portfolio of approximately six to seven concurrent projects.

About You

• Proven experience managing contracts on major transmission and network projects valued between

£20m and £50m

• Strong knowledge and practical experience of

NEC contracts

.

• Demonstrable experience negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.
• Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
