Role Description

We are seeking an experienced

Site Supervisor / Foreman

to oversee commercial ceilings and linings projects. You will play a key role in coordinating trades, driving programme, and ensuring quality finishes. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced commercial fitout environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities across ceilings and linings projects
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and site labour
• Coordinate with other trades on site
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
• Read and interpret construction drawings and set out works
• Conduct quality assurance checks and defect management
• Maintain WHS compliance and site safety standards
• Liaise with Project Managers and clients
• Manage site reporting, progress tracking, and daily coordination

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Foreman (commercial construction)
• Strong background in ceilings, partitions, plasterboard, grid ceilings, and framing systems
• Experience in commercial fitouts, office projects, or interior construction
• Ability to read plans and manage programme deadlines (Procore experience required)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• White Card
• Trade qualification in plastering / carpentry (highly regarded)
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required
