Regional Operations Manager

A fast‑growing environmental services company is seeking a

Regional General Manager

to lead operations across multiple Western U.S. markets. This is a high‑impact role for a strategic, hands‑on operator who thrives in a scaling, performance‑driven environment.

What You’ll Lead

• Full P\&L ownership across several markets
• Oversight of 5\+ direct reports, including Sales
• DOT‑regulated fleet operations, dispatching, facilities management, etc.
• Standardizing processes, driving KPIs, and elevating operational performance
• Integrating newly acquired sites and building scalable systems

What You Bring

• 10–15\+ years of leadership in environmental services, logistics, DOT‑regulated fleets, or related infrastructure operations
• Proven multisite management and strong P\&L experience
• Ability to lead managers and large frontline teams
• Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
