In the role of the Business Operations Analyst, you will assist in research and analysis to review and resolve assignments timely and effectively. You will support the Business Operations staff utilizing a variety of tools and policies available internally or externally to ensure accurate resolution of unit assignments. Assists with daily inventory, reporting, and special projects. Join us and play a pivotal role in supporting our operations and enhancing our service delivery. Salary: $3,861\.00 - $6,276\.00 per month

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience interpreting policies and procedures
• Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Data collections, analysis, and reporting required
• Prior experience delivering professional verbal and written communication
• Dependable and acts with professionalism
