Job Description

Hawkwood is delighted to be partnering with a category-defining, venture-backed technology company as they hire a GTM Talent Partner to join their growing New York team.

Following a significant Series C investment and a period of exceptional growth, the business is scaling rapidly across the US and internationally. Talent sits at the heart of that journey, and this role will play a key part in building the commercial teams that power the next phase of growth.

Working closely with senior business leaders, you'll own end-to-end hiring across Sales, Customer Success, Account Management and Marketing, while also supporting a small number of specialist content and research hires. This is a true Talent Partner role where you'll influence hiring strategy, challenge thinking, build talent pipelines and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business.

You'll join a highly collaborative and ambitious Talent team that is passionate about raising the bar, embracing new technology, and creating an exceptional candidate experience.

About You:

You may come from an in-house or agency background, but you'll bring a proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

We're particularly interested in people who:

  • Have experience hiring GTM talent, particularly within Sales or commercial functions
  • Thrive in high-volume, delivery-focused environments without sacrificing quality
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and enjoy operating as a genuine business partner
  • Are comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of outcomes
  • Have a proactive, resourceful approach to finding and engaging exceptional talent
  • Are curious about AI and modern recruiting tools, and actively look for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Value collaboration, humility and being part of a close-knit, high-performing team
