Role Overview

We’re looking for an

Instructional Designer

who can create engaging and practical learning experiences across business domains like Product Management, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Entrepreneurship.

This is a

non-technical, teaching-focused role

where your main goal is to simplify complex business concepts and turn them into structured, easy-to-understand learning content.

If you enjoy explaining ideas, designing curriculum, and helping learners think better — this role is for you.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Curriculum \& Content Creation

• Design and improve curriculum for business-focused programs
• Create learning materials like presentations, case studies, assignments, and exercises
• Break down complex topics into simple, structured lessons
• Develop real-world scenarios, examples, and business use cases

Learning Experience Design

• Build engaging learning journeys (modules, sessions, activities)
• Focus on clarity, simplicity, and practical understanding
• Ensure content is easy to teach and easy to learn

Quality \& Improvement

• Work with faculty and internal teams to maintain content quality
• Improve curriculum based on student feedback and outcomes
• Keep content updated with current industry practices

Collaboration

• Work closely with instructors, business experts, and content teams
• Support learners by helping them understand concepts and problem-solving approaches

✅ What We’re Looking For

Must Have

• Strong ability to explain concepts in a simple and structured way
• Experience creating content (presentations, training material, case studies, etc.)
• Basic understanding of business domains (Marketing / Product / Analytics / Business)
• Good communication and storytelling skills
• Interest in teaching, learning design, or education

Good to Have

• Experience in teaching, training, or content creation
• Exposure to business tools (Excel, basic analytics, marketing platforms)
• Familiarity with case-based or practical learning approaches
• Experience working on projects, internships, or startup ideas
