Job Description:

The company is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This individual will play a key role in developing and maintaining complex Salesforce applications while collaborating closely with product managers, architects, administrators, and other engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, and experience delivering secure, high-quality solutions in fast-paced environments. This role requires someone who can independently manage complex development work while contributing to best practices, system improvements, and platform scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, integrations, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) that support business-critical Salesforce functionality
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that align with Salesforce best practices and platform limits
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that emphasizes modularity, clarity, and reusability
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, administrators, and stakeholders to design technical solutions and estimate development work
• Participate in code reviews and help maintain coding standards and testing best practices
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Salesforce functionality to improve performance and reliability
• Manage development workflows using Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and release processes
• Contribute to improvements in CI/CD pipelines and release automation
• Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and recommend enhancements that improve system performance and scalability

Qualifications:

• 5\+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, asynchronous processing, and integration patterns including REST and SOAP APIs
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and governor limits
• Experience developing solutions independently and driving projects from concept through delivery
• Experience using Git for source control, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows
• Experience with Salesforce CLI and modern Salesforce development tools
• Ability to write unit tests that meet or exceed Salesforce code coverage requirements
• Strong commitment to producing clean, well-structured, maintainable code

Preferred Experience:

• Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud services such as AWS (S3, Lambda, API Gateway, AppFlow)
• Experience working with GitLab repositories and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI-assisted development or automated workflow orchestration
• Familiarity with Agile development environments and sprint-based delivery models
