About The Role

Sync.com is seeking a highly skilled and strategic marketing leader to take ownership of the company's digital marketing efforts. This role requires a hands-on approach, combining creative execution with analytical rigor to optimize the entire acquisition funnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, developing high-converting landing pages, executing continuous CRO initiatives, and driving lifecycle marketing strategies. You will oversee a team, including a Marketing Coordinator, and collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximum impact. Your expertise will be instrumental in refining our marketing strategies, leveraging data insights, and experimenting with new approaches to accelerate growth. During your first 90 days, you will conduct comprehensive audits of existing marketing assets, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement quick wins to optimize performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the company's growth trajectory directly, working in an environment that values innovation, data-driven decision-making, and results-oriented marketing.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years managing paid acquisition campaigns
  • Strong background in SaaS marketing; experience in B2B, B2C, or hybrid models preferred
  • Proven ability to manage significant ad budgets across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Bing
  • Experience building and optimizing landing pages using CMS platforms like HubSpot
  • Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) processes and hypothesis testing
  • Ability to develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email nurture sequences and re-engagement strategies
  • Technical proficiency in tools such as GA4, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and attribution modeling
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, segment audiences, and derive actionable insights
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a passion for crafting compelling copy
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a marketing team
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Curious and proactive mindset, always seeking to learn, experiment, and improve
  • Ability to adapt to changing landscapes and incorporate new strategies based on data and industry trends

Responsibilities

  • Own the full acquisition funnel, including paid search, paid social, SEO, email, landing pages, and CRO initiatives
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and international markets, ensuring efficient use of six-figure monthly budgets
  • Design, build, and test high-converting landing pages, focusing on hierarchy, messaging, offers, and urgency
  • Lead ongoing CRO programs by generating hypotheses, prioritizing impact, and executing tests to improve conversion rates
  • Develop and implement email and lifecycle marketing strategies, including onboarding, re-engagement, and upgrade campaigns
  • Build and refine reporting dashboards, analyze performance data, and provide insights to stakeholders without dependency on others
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and fostering professional growth
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of marketing assets, identify leaks, and present actionable plans for improvement
  • Experiment with new platforms, tools, and strategies to stay ahead of industry trends and optimize campaign performance
