Inbound Sales Specialist

Role Description

The Inbound Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, responsible for managing and converting inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include responding to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, understanding customer needs, and matching them with appropriate Hoboetech solutions and services. The role involves providing accurate product information, conducting needs assessments, maintaining detailed records in CRM tools, and following up on leads to ensure timely closure. The specialist will collaborate with technical and account management teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial contact to onboarding, while consistently delivering a positive customer experience. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing basic sales reports, and sharing customer feedback to help improve products and processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist prospects effectively.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Experience skills to engage with customers clearly, build trust, and ensure a positive interaction at every touchpoint.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to qualify leads, present solutions, negotiate where needed, and help drive revenue growth.
• Relevant experience in inbound sales, telesales, or a customer-facing role, preferably in technology or services sectors.
• Ability to use CRM systems and basic office software for lead tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Lahore in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing client and business needs.
