Role Description

The Director of Sales Marketing is a full-time, on-site position located in New York, United States. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, overseeing sales operations, and expanding business development opportunities. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, enhancing customer service engagement, building relationships with retail partners, and identifying new market opportunities to support business expansion. Collaboration with other departments to align marketing and branding initiatives is a vital part of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Sales Operations with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Proficiency in Customer Service and building strong client relationships
• Demonstrated ability in Team Management, including leadership and staff development
• Strong background in Business Development, including identifying and executing growth opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Experience in the fashion or luxury retail industry is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
