About The Role

We are hiring a

Technical Manager

for a leading O\&M (Operations \& Maintenance) company managing its first independent

1\.8 GW Combined Cycle Power Plant

in the Emirate of Sharjah. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing technical operations, ensuring plant efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all technical aspects of the power plant operations
• Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of plant equipment
• Oversee maintenance strategies, troubleshooting, and technical support
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineering teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in a large Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant
• Strong background in Operations \& Maintenance (O\&M)
• Experience working with GE heavy-duty gas turbines (F Class and above) is highly preferred
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong knowledge of power plant systems, safety standards, and best practices
