We Are Hiring:
Location: Remote - Must be within 1 hour of Nashville, TNDepartment: Transfer CenterSchedule: Day shift \| 6:30am - 6:30pm \| PRN - as neededSalary Range: $35\.88 - $50\.65 (per hour)
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with the nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members to place patients in appropriate levels of care to achieve desired outcomes.
- Coordinate as liaison between physician requestors for consultants and specialty consultants.
- Stay informed of patient changes and communicate the impact to admitting physicians.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and admission decision makers.
- Maintain standards for documentation and communications with physician/service referrals for legal, medical, statistical, and process improvement purposes.
What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:* Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:* Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Additional Preferences:
- Bachelors in Nursing
- 3\+ years bedside nursing experience
- 2\+ years in Critical Care, ICU or Emergency Department (ED) experience, charge nurse or some type of leadership
