We are looking for an experienced
Account Manager
to lead and grow account for our IT services business. The role focuses on
relationship management, account expansion, cross‑selling, upselling
, and driving long‑term partnership value.
The ideal candidate brings strong customer engagement skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate with global delivery and technology teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen engagement with multinational clients, ensuring strategic alignment and business growth.
- Own and manage a strategic IT services account with clear focus on
revenue growth

- Identify and drive
upsell and cross-sell
opportunities across services area.
- Serve as the primary point of contact ensuring consistent engagement and high customer satisfaction.
- Understand client priorities and align internal teams to deliver value.
- Track account performance, forecast revenue, and maintain governance cadence.
- Partner closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and projects.
- Address risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively.
Required Experience \& Skills:
- Willingness to travel for client engagement (international travel as needed)
- Proven track record of
growing large accounts
through cross-selling and upselling in IT Industry
