Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Business Development Representative to join our team in West Jordan, UT. This is an on-site role that involves generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and building relationships with potential clients. Daily responsibilities include engaging in inside sales activities, identifying opportunities for business growth, creating strategies to improve sales performance, and effectively communicating with prospects. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to expanding our client base and meeting organizational sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development
• Proven ability in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunities
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively and foster professional relationships
• Proficiency in CRM tools or sales software is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Prior sales experience in human resources, payroll, or employee benefits services is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
