Job Description

DI is hiring a DIRECTOR OF BRAND MARKETING!

The Director of Brand Marketing is responsible for the strategic planning, brand management,

and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for a growing international jewelry and

watch retailer.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will bridge brand strategy, campaign

development and creative/production execution. You will drive seasonal Go-to-Market (GTM)

strategies while actively directing regional marketing teams and internal creative and production

teams to deliver consistent, high-performing customer experiences across all physical and

digital touchpoints.

The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, a data-driven mindset, and a proven

track record of guiding multiple support teams to produce successful marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

 Brand Management: Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing

strategies across multiple jewelry and watch brands, ensuring consistent positioning

while adapting messaging, creative assets, and campaigns to meet the distinct needs of

an international audience.

 Creative Direction \&Leadership: Work with and direct internal creative team on the

design and development of engaging marketing communications and sales support

materials that comply with brand guidelines and drive commercial results.

 Go-to-Market (GTM) Alignment: Partner closely with Merchandising and Sales teams to

deliver seasonal GTM plans introducing new items, packages, promotions, collateral,

training, and sales tools for retail staff and strategic business partners.

 Operations \&Traffic Management: Create, oversee, and optimize project management

and trafficking processes, including managing and prioritizing workflow, timelines, and

resource allocation across multiple teams.

 \&AI Integration: Evaluate and implement emerging marketing technologies, AI

tools, workflow automation platforms, and data-driven processes to improve team

efficiency, accelerate creative production, and enhance campaign performance.

 Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Direct and coordinate comprehensive marketing

communications and outreach programs over multiple touchpoints, including POS, print,

outdoor, web, digital, social, mobile, email, and streaming media.

 Field \&Regional Support: Direct and support Regional Managers in the planning and

execution of localized brand marketing events by coordinating creative assets,

communications, training, and material production.

 Retail Relationships: Develop strong relationships with regional and store managers to

deeply understand their local market needs, providing the tools, services, and marketing

support required to optimize each of their businesses.

Job Requirements

 Experience: 5–7 years of marketing and brand management experience, preferably within

the luxury goods or premium consumer brand category in a multi-location retail

environment.

 Leadership Track Record: 3\+ years of direct experience managing, mentoring and

reviewing the output of marketing ops, creative and production teams to deliver

consistent, high-quality marketing communications and memorable customer

engagements.

 Strategic Planning Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in plan creation, time/resource

management, and executing seasonal Go-to-Market (GTM) campaigns from concept to

post-launch analysis.

 Process Optimization: Proven experience transforming repeatable marketing and

creative tasks into consistent, documented, possibly automated, processes that scale.

 Technology Adoption: Demonstrated success utilizing marketing technologies,

automation tools, and data platforms to optimize output.

 Business Acumen: Strong business intellect with exceptional problem-solving, analytical,

and performance-reporting skills.

 Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with extensive

experience presenting performance reporting and strategic plans to senior management

and cross-functional teams.

 Adaptability: A results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work

environment and can react to directional changes quickly and positively.
