Chemical Materials and Technology Engineer

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in analytical chemistry, laboratory sciences, and electrochemical methods, combined with a passion for transforming raw data into cutting-edge product advancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Instrumentation \& Method Development: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced laboratory instrumentation, including ICP-OES, FTIR, TGA, gas chromatography (GC), high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and wet chemistry setups. Develop and validate robust analytical methods for product testing and quality assurance.
- Experimental Research \& Product Support: Design and execute rigorous scientific experiments using spectroscopy, chromatography, and electrochemical techniques to support product development initiatives and provide technical insights.
- Data Management \& Compliance: Maintain immaculate data accuracy using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Ensure all laboratory activities firmly comply with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), cGMP, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Quality Control \& Troubleshooting: Perform routine QC testing to guarantee products meet regulatory standards and specifications. Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Product Development, and Materials teams to troubleshoot process issues and enhance product durability.
- Documentation \& Presentation: Clearly document experimental procedures, results, and conclusions in comprehensive technical reports. Confidently present findings and actionable recommendations to diverse cross-functional audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related scientific discipline.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated laboratory experience in analytical chemistry, wet chemistry, or biochemistry within a manufacturing or quality control environment.
- Standards \& Safety: Strong working knowledge of GLP, cGMP, ISO 9001 standards, and rigorous laboratory safety protocols.
- Technical \& Analytical Skills: Familiarity with scientific research methodologies, experimental design, and product development processes. Excellent problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail in data analysis.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and seamlessly adapt to a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment. Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and documentation.
