Web Developer

for a

Contract

position with a client in

Philadelphia, PA.

The ideal candidate will design, build, test, and enhance iOS applications while collaborating across multiple teams and guiding technical decisions.

Rate Range:

$60/hour to $65/hour

on W2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Web Developer Job Responsibilities Include

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable iOS applications for various site and app components.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for iOS development, providing technical leadership and guidance.
• Architect applications using MVVM, SwiftUI, Storyboards, and Wireframes following modern best practices.
• Document technical designs, specifications, and development standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, UX/UI, backend, QA) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Make and influence team‑level and cross‑team technical decisions.
• Provide innovative solutions to complex technical problems across multiple teams.
• Develop intuitive, high‑performance applications that enhance user experience and functionality.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Desired Qualifications

• 8\+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Expert proficiency in SwiftUI (required).
• Advanced proficiency in Swift programming (recommended).
• Strong experience with MVVM, Storyboards, Wireframes, and UI architecture.
• Experience designing maintainable, scalable mobile application architectures.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience leading design discussions and contributing to architectural decisions.
• Ability to manage priorities, guide teams, and deliver solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay Details:

$60\.00 to $65\.00 per hour
