Responsibilities include but not limited to

  • Define and execute the industrial engineering roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale engineering projects across multiple sites (concept through deployment and optimization)
  • Oversee integration of hardware systems (automation, robotics, material handling) with enterprise software platforms (ERP, WMS, MES, analytics)
  • Drive long-term capital planning and technology investment strategies
  • Establish governance frameworks to manage scope, budget, timelines, and risk
  • Standardize engineering processes, system specifications, and technical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, operations, supply chain, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions
  • Monitor emerging technologies and drive continuous innovation across operations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing, cross-functional engineering teams
  • Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership and engineering teams

Requirements include but not limited to

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 12\+ years of progressive experience in industrial or systems engineering
  • 5\+ years of leadership experience at the senior manager or director level
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-site engineering and operational system implementations
  • Strong expertise in automation, robotics, and material handling systems
  • Deep experience with enterprise software platforms (ERP, WMS, MES, analytics tools)
  • Demonstrated success managing high-value capital projects and complex system integrations
  • Strong project management expertise (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies)
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth operational environments
