Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

provides direct rehabilitation care in occupational therapy under the supervision of a licensed OT, supporting patients in skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, charting accurately, utilizing therapy software, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient progress and quality of life.

Qualifications required are NBCOT certification, graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program, active licensure, and CPR certification.

Preferred candidates have one year of experience, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
