We’re partnering with a design build firm looking to bring on a

Senior Project Manager

to support their Life Sciences portfolio across the Greater Bay Area.

This team specializes in highly technical projects and is looking for someone who can step in as a leader, collaborate closely with Preconstruction, and help deliver complex spaces from early planning through turnover.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead life sciences projects from preconstruction through closeout, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Partner closely with Preconstruction to develop pricing strategies, scopes, and project plans
• Manage technically complex projects with significant MEP coordination
• Identify risks early and establish contingency plans
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations
• Build strong relationships with Clients, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project success

What they’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 10\+ years of project management experience with a General Contractor or CM firm
• Experience delivering life sciences, lab, healthcare, or similarly technical projects preferred
• Proven ability to lead $10M\+ projects with heavy MEP scope
• Proficiency with project management software
• Strong communication skills and a relationship-driven mindset
• Ability to lead teams while managing multiple priorities
