Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and status changes
- Administer and optimize the HRIS (Rippling), ensuring data integrity, system integrations, and accurate reporting across all departments
- Partner with finance and payroll teams to reconcile monthly payroll inputs, benefits deductions, and compliance reporting
- Oversee state-by-state compliance and registrations for a distributed, remote U.S. workforce
- Analyze HR metrics and build dashboards reflecting retention, compensation bands, and onboarding feedback trends
- Maintain the internal knowledge base, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and employee handbook updates
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or HR Generalist roles, ideally within a high-growth technology environment
- Proven expertise administrating modern HRIS platforms (such as Rippling, BambooHR, or Workday)
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment law, multi-state compliance, and benefits administration
- Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication skills and discretion when handling highly confidential employee information
- Bonus: Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) and experience managing international contractors
