Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Generalist, where you will play a vital role in shaping and supporting our organization’s talent and culture. - Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Administer employee orientation programs, performance evaluations, and training \& development initiatives to support ongoing employee growth and engagement.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting positive communication across teams.
- Oversee benefits administration including health plans, workers’ compensation claims, leave management such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), and other employee benefit programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment \& labor law, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations, affirmative action planning, and other legal requirements.
- Support organizational design, change management projects, succession planning, and strategic workforce management initiatives to align HR practices with business goals.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry within HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM; generate reports for data collection and analysis to inform decision-making.

- Proven experience in human resources management or related roles with a focus on human capital management strategies.
- Strong knowledge of employment \& labor law, OSHA regulations, workers’ compensation procedures, and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition techniques including recruiting via social media management tools like Salesforce or iCIMS; proficiency with ATS platforms such as Taleo or Paylocity is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle employee relations issues effectively and foster positive workplace interactions.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, or ADP for data entry, payroll processing, and workforce management reporting.
- Skilled in project management principles with an emphasis on organization design, training \& development programs, performance management processes, and strategic planning.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while managing multiple priorities efficiently in an administrative environment.
