- 8 Required experience in Git-based version control administration
- 8 Required Hands-on experience managing GitHub Enterprise (Cloud or Server) organizations
- 8 Required Expertise in RBAC, SAML/SSO, and branch protection strategies
- 8 Required Proficiency in GitHub Actions and YAML-based workflow automation
- 8 Required Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- 8 Required Experience with audit logging, compliance reporting, and access reviews
- 8 Required Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation
- 8 Required Experience implementing DevSecOps practices within CI/CD pipelines
- 8 Required Experience with GitHub Advanced Security (CodeQL, Secret Scanning)
- 4 Preferred Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep)
- 4 Preferred Knowledge of policy-as-code implementations
- 4 Preferred Ability to document governance standards and developer guides
- 4 Preferred Experience leading technical enablement sessions
