POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing \& Communications Specialist supports the development and delivery of marketing campaigns and projects to strengthen the Windsor Federal Bank brand and strategies, with emphasis on digital channels. Marketing \& Communications is responsible for the Bank’s overall marketing strategy, brand management, and communications. This includes strengthening the Bank’s community presence, driving customer acquisition and retention, and promoting products and services in alignment with the Bank’s mission, values, and strategic goals. The Digital Marketing \& Communications Specialist will work closely with and report to the Director of Marketing \& Communications and collaborate with internal stakeholders (Retail, Compliance, HR, and business lines) and external partners/vendors to manage marketing and communications requests, publishing, and measurement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

:

  • Develop and maintain consistent digital and print communications across all channels - social media platforms, website, email, press and industry publications, community, print, and other – in accordance with the Annual Marketing Calendar.
  • Provide compliant-friendly communications to support branches and business lines as needed (e.g., customer-facing scripts, FAQs, talking points).
  • Oversee onboarding communications, surveys, and nurture flows for new customers; Recommend improvements to the customer communications journey based on engagement trends.
  • Develop internal communications (e.g., employee updates, operational notices, leadership communications) in coordination with HR and leadership.
  • Drive day-to-day website content and user experience, including navigation, home page refreshes, alerts/notices, accessibility best practices, and landing pages.
  • Implement SEO fundamentals (metadata, headings, internal linking, image alt text) and coordinate technical SEO with agency.
  • Maintain and optimize Google Reviews and Google Business Profile listings to increase local visibility and engagement.
  • Plan, create, and publish social media content; Identify key insights and trends via social listening, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimizations to inform future social media strategies and decisions.
  • Create digital assets (social graphics, landing pages, emails) adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Build and distribute email and SMS communications; maintain lists, segmentation, and basic automation.
  • Track and report performance across website, SEO, email/SMS, and social using Google Analytics and platform reporting; recommend optimizations based on insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration across digital channels to drive consistency and impact.
  • Help facilitate marketing efforts to grow the brand in the community and neighboring markets.
  • Represent the Bank in community events, sponsorships, and partnerships. Design and implement programs to highlight the Bank’s community investment and volunteerism.
  • Design marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, posters, signage).
  • Direct brand assets and creative trafficking for print and digital placements with community and other partners, including approvals for co-branded materials.
  • Manage marketing tickets through Kadince platform to ensure documentation, delivery, and approvals for sponsorship ads, donation communications, and events.
  • Conduct analyses to understand the effectiveness of marketing efforts; share insights with recommended actions.
  • Support photography and TV commercial development as needed.
  • Work directly with marketing agencies, advertisers, and community partners.
