Senior Financial Analyst

in Dallas, Texas. Hybrid working schedule, 3-4 days in the office.

The ideal candidate will be an investment banker ("buy side" only) who is currently owning M\&A deal modeling.

Reporting to Director of FP\&A, this role will support analytics, automation, and strategy for the firm. This individual will play a critical role in supporting decision-making by providing insightful financial models, business performance analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

• Performance Analysis \& Business Partnership

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
2. 2\+ years of experience in M\&A and deal modeling
3. Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel \& System-based), including three-statement models, scenario analysis, and return metrics
4. Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial statements
5. Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
