About the Opportunity

The

Sr. Analyst, BI \& Visualization

leads the development of advanced dashboards and business intelligence (BI) solutions that enhance decision-making and promote data literacy across the organization. This role shapes scalable, user-focused visualization tools that support enterprise analytics initiatives and data democratization efforts.

It requires a combination of design, engineering, and business strategy skills to create intuitive, impactful data products. The position collaborates cross-functionally to define BI standards and serves as an expert in analytical storytelling and visualization best practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small to medium complexity dashboard projects solo or within teams
• Translate business requirements into technical designs for efficient prototyping
• Create visualizations following best practices to provide meaningful business insights
• Use wireframes and consultative methods with stakeholders
• Collaborate with data engineering to resolve dashboard issues and maintain ownership
• Develop data structures and pipelines for data collection, cleansing, and standardization
• Provide operational support for dashboards on Tableau Server

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with data and developing dashboards
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Deep understanding of data visualization methods
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and navigate technical and organizational challenges

Desired Qualifications

• At least 3 years leading BI or data visualization projects
• Strong portfolio demonstrating customer-focused design solutions
• Proficiency with Tableau, including dashboard design and development
• Experience leading design discovery sessions with end-users
• Knowledge of design thinking and prototyping processes
• Familiarity with data management systems and tools such as SQL or Tableau Prep
• Experience in fast-paced environments preferred
• Experience with prototyping tools like Figma is a plus

Compensation

• Annualized base salary: $90,000 – $110,000, reflective of factors including location, education, skills, certifications, and experience
• Variable compensation may apply, not included in base figures
