Staff Frontend Engineer

We are seeking a Staff Front-End Engineer to support a growing SaaS platform that enables businesses to build custom applications and internal tools without heavy coding. This is a full-time, fully remote position focused on delivering high-quality, scalable front-end systems that power operational workflows for enterprise and mid-market clients. U.S. work authorization is required. No visa sponsorship is available at this time.

Staff Front-End Engineer (React / TypeScript)

Location:

Remote (U.S.-based only)

Responsibilities

• Develop clean, maintainable, and extensible front-end code using React and TypeScript
• Refactor and modernize existing codebases to improve performance and maintainability
• Design and implement reusable, responsive UI components for enterprise-grade applications
• Address complex challenges related to state management, validation, rendering performance, and bundle optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally to clarify requirements, scope, and technical tradeoffs
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and other team collaboration practices to ensure code quality

Required Skills \& Experience

• 6\+ years of experience shipping enterprise-grade software products
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and CSS
• Experience building reusable component systems and writing automated tests
• Experience with API design and integration
• Familiarity with modern development workflows, including Git and CI/CD (AWS Environment)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Experience

• Experience with custom design systems and accessibility standards
• Previous experience in a technical leadership or staff-level engineering role
• Experience working with no-code or low-code platforms is a plus

Compensation

• Base Salary: $185,000
• On-Target Earnings: $185,000 total (base salary only)

• Role is 100% remote, but candidates must be based in the U.S.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States — no visa sponsorship available
