Vista Manor Healthcare \& Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dedicated

Registered Nurses (RNs)

to join our exceptional care team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality resident care, supporting nursing staff, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance resident outcomes and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure residents receive care in accordance with individualized care plans and state regulations
• Assign and delegate nursing duties based on staff competencies and resident needs
• Mentor, guide, and support nursing staff through ongoing training and development
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other care team members to implement comprehensive care plans
• Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies
• Maintain accurate documentation and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active and valid Florida RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
