A growing and well-established manufacturer in Ennis, TX is hiring a Supply Chain \& Procurement Manager to lead purchasing, supplier management, and inventory strategy. This is a key role focused on cost control, on-time delivery, and supporting large-scale production operations.

Day to Day

• Lead procurement and purchasing for steel and related materials
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and negotiations
• Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and stock control
• Work closely with operations and production teams
• Ensure compliance with policies and industry regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or purchasing
• Steel, metals, manufacturing, or heavy industrial background preferred
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Inventory and ERP/MRP system experience
• Experienced with Tekla Software
