Job Description
Mackie Myers is partnering with a fast-growing consumer goods business to hire an
Operations Manager
based in
Los Angeles
.
This is a hands-on leadership role owning end-to-end order execution, customer operations and fulfillment across retail and wholesale channels. The business is scaling quickly, so this person will need to be comfortable improving processes, managing complexity and leading a small team in a high-growth environment.
The role will cover:
- Managing the full order lifecycle across retail, wholesale and intercompany channels
- Overseeing order entry, allocation, invoicing, fulfillment performance and issue resolution
- Acting as the operational point of contact for major retail and distribution partners
- Partnering with Sales, Supply Planning, Logistics and Finance to improve service levels
- Working closely with 3PL, warehouse and logistics partners
- Tracking KPIs including OTIF, fill rate, order accuracy and backlog
- Managing, coaching and developing a team of Operations Specialists
- Improving systems, reporting, workflows and scalable processes
We are looking for someone with:
- 5\+ years of experience across customer operations, order management, fulfillment or supply chain
- Experience in consumer goods, food \& beverage or CPG
- Strong ERP/order management system experience
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- A practical, detail-oriented and commercially aware approach

on-site role in Los Angeles
with a growing consumer brand that is continuing to expand across major national retail channels.
