About the Company

Our client has spent 12 years building one of the most trusted names in professional video production — delivering over 50,000 videos for household-name brands across retail, e-commerce, and beyond. They are launching an AI-powered SaaS platform purpose-built for professional creators and agencies. It is a rare combination: the credibility and infrastructure of an established business behind a genuinely new product entering a wide-open market.

About the Role

This is a founding creative seat at the intersection of brand, marketing, and digital execution. The Visual Designer owns how the two products show up in the world — a well-established services brand and a new AI SaaS platform launching this summer. This person designs and ships. Landing pages go live in hours. Experiments run, get measured, and get iterated. The brand gets built from a blank slate and will be exciting for someone who wants to build.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve brand creative across web, email, ads, and social for two distinct products simultaneously
  • Build and ship landing pages, site updates, and marketing surfaces in Framer or Webflow
  • Design and launch conversion experiments — define hypotheses, measure against primary metrics, document what moves and what does not
  • Produce campaign creative that spans digital channels and drives acquisition and activation
  • Collaborate directly with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership to move fast and stay aligned
  • Maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across two different products and audiences
  • Iterate continuously, this team ships, learns, and ships again

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years in brand, marketing, graphic, or digital design with a portfolio that shows real visual range and craft
  • A portfolio that stops you — visually distinctive, dynamic, and demonstrably yours
  • Proven ability to build and deploy in Framer or Webflow — your portfolio should show sites you have shipped, not just designed
  • Experimentation track record with documented outcomes — not just "I ran A/B tests" but the framework, the metrics, and what you learned
  • AI-native workflow — you chain tools together to go faster, not just use ChatGPT to write copy
  • Executor who owns from idea through deployment without heavy oversight
  • LA-based, willing to be in-office in Inglewood

  • Framer or Webflow experience
  • Claude and Figma MCP experience
  • Video and motion skills in Premiere Pro or After Effects
