BRAND \& PRODUCT DESIGNER

About the role

BOHOBOCO • PERFUME

is looking for a Brand \& Product Designer who will co-create the visual and physical world of the brand, from product and packaging concepts, through retail spaces and interiors, to the visual language of campaigns and communication. This role is for someone who can translate storytelling, creative vision, and brand aesthetics into tangible form understood as product, object, space, and image. The Brand \& Product Designer works closely with the Creative Director, co-creating the brand’s aesthetic DNA across all touchpoints.

Job description

  • Design and co-create product and packaging concepts within the brand portfolio
  • Actively participate in product development, from initial ideas and concepts through testing and prototyping to the final product
  • Create concepts for retail elements, including window displays, in-store displays, boutiques, and retail environments
  • Design objects and elements of the brand’s physical presence, including furniture, installations, and special display formats
  • Prepare visualizations, mockups, 3D models, prototypes, and conceptual materials
  • Translate inspiration, narratives, and brand stories into a cohesive visual language
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the brand’s design and aesthetic direction
  • Create visual directions for campaigns, photoshoots, and digital communication
  • Ensure aesthetic consistency across all brand touchpoints, both online and offline
  • Actively co-create creative concepts in close collaboration with the Creative Director
  • Refine projects from concept through to final implementation
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, retail, and communication teams

Key competencies

  • Experience working at the intersection of brand, product, and visual design
  • Ability to combine conceptual thinking with real-world project execution
  • High aesthetic sensitivity and strong attention to detail, proportion, and quality
  • Comfort working with form, space, objects, and image
  • Independence, initiative, and a natural drive to explore new solutions
  • Strong awareness of global trends in the worlds of brands and design
  • Understanding of niche brands within beauty, fragrance, fashion, and luxury
  • Fluent English required
  • Polish is an additional advantage
