Roles and Responsibilities:

• Recruitment \& Sourcing

: Identify and recruit experienced mortgage operations candidates

• Onboarding \& Integration

: Guide new recruits through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed at West Capital Lending.

• Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and industry professionals, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings.

• Brand Advocacy

: Be the face of West Capital Lending, promoting our values, culture, and benefits to prospective loan officers and brokers.

• Collaboration

: Work closely with leadership and other departments to align recruitment efforts with business goals and growth initiatives.

• Metrics \& Reporting

: Track recruitment efforts, monitor the success of new hires, and provide regular updates on recruitment activities and outcomes.
