Senior Financial Analyst

StevenDouglas, a Top 20 Boutique Executive Search firm with 25\+ locations in the US, is assisting our investment advisory client in a search for a Corporate Financial Analyst in their Baltimore location. This role is onsite with paid parking allowance and substantial benefit package.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for the preparation of internal financial reporting along with complex analysis around variances and special projects. As this person will also support the creation of presentations around this data for both internal and external consumption, the role has high visibility to senior management within the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
• 3-7 years of substantive experience within finance and accounting at a complex organization
• CPA, MBA, or CFA is a plus
• Extensive experience utilizing data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or SQL is a must
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
