Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure

We’re building an AI platform for the enterprise and looking for a Staff Infrastructure Engineer to build the technical foundation from 0→1\.

You’ll work directly with the founding team, owning how the platform is architected, deployed, scaled, and operated. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who wants to build systems, not just design them.

What you’ll own:

• Build AWS infrastructure from the ground up

• Design scalable infrastructure for AI and LLM workloads

• Own compute, networking, CI/CD, observability, security, and reliability

• Build and scale containerized services with ECS/Fargate

• Drive infrastructure as code with Terraform

• Solve complex distributed systems and reliability challenges

What we’re looking for:

• 7\+ years building production infrastructure

• Deep AWS and containerization experience

• Strong Terraform / IaC expertise

• Experience building infrastructure from 0→1

• Strong distributed systems fundamentals

• Experience with Postgres, Redis, queues, or streaming systems

• AI/ML infrastructure experience is a plus

• Someone who can architect systems and write the code to ship them

A high ownership opportunity to define the infrastructure foundation of a rapidly scaling AI company, working closely with the founding team.
