We’re looking for a Mobile Engineer who lives for fast iteration and continuous delivery. You won’t just build features—you’ll drive rapid shipping of production-ready mobile apps. You will be responsible for bridging our Flutter mobile app with a GraphQL layer and Rails backend, ensuring that every commit pushes our product forward at startup speed.

Key Responsibilities

Rapid Feature Delivery:

Architect, build, and ship production-quality Flutter apps at a pace that matches our agile, startup environment.

Seamless GraphQL Integration:

Design and maintain a robust GraphQL layer that accelerates client-backend interactions and enables rapid feature rollouts.

•

Backend Collaboration:

Partner closely with our Rails API team to iterate quickly on backend processes and optimize the end-to-end user experience.

•

Quality Under Pressure:

Implement rigorous testing, continuous integration (CircleCI), and code reviews to ensure fast delivery without sacrificing quality.

Proactive Problem-Solving:

Identify bottlenecks and quickly iterate on solutions to keep our delivery pipeline moving at lightning speed.

•

Cross-Team Agility:

Work alongside product, design, and ops teams to prototype, iterate, and ship features in true startup fashion.

Requirements

• Solid experience in developing high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.

• Expertise in GraphQL and a strong understanding of client-server dynamics.

• Familiarity with Rails-based APIs and a healthy skepticism about frameworks—understand what’s under the hood.

• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments where shipping daily is the norm.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (preferably CircleCI) and modern infrastructure tools (Terraform, Kubernetes) to support rapid iteration.

• A relentless drive to continuously deliver high-quality code and overcome technical challenges quickly.
