Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Des Moines, IA. As an Assistant Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Project Manager, the successful candidate will oversee and coordinate project operations from start to finish. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, facilitating communication among stakeholders, supervising logistics, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and handling inspections. The role also involves expediting workflows and resolving project challenges efficiently.

Qualifications

• Project Management expertise, with experience in overseeing project timelines and ensuring deliverables are met
• Skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure timely completion of stages and consistent workflow
• Logistics Management capabilities, with emphasis on organizing and monitoring transportation and delivery of materials
• Experience in conducting thorough Inspections to ensure compliance with project standards
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tools and software relevant to project and construction management
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in steel erection, precast erection, or millwright services is an advantage
• Willingness to travel for it is state projects not mandatory but would be an advantage
