Kratos is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner. This position is a regular, full-time, remote position within the U.S.

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Partner develops, researches and identifies prospective talent providing a pipeline of qualified candidates.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Works with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings as required opening requisition(s).
- Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
- Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers.
- Documents candidate evaluation and interview process.
- Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.
- May conduct employment background checks.
- Works with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment advertising campaigns.
- May develop, support and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs.
- May also assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
- Other job duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience (in recruiting, customer service, sales, or other related experience) with a Bachelor's degree; or a minimum of 8 years of experience in lieu of degree.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Remote Home Office Environment.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, mouse, phones).
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Yes, as needed.
