The
Supply Chain Planning
Leader is responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain planning activities, including production planning, supplier planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization. This role ensures alignment between customer demand, production capacity, supplier performance, and inventory strategy to achieve service, delivery, and operational excellence objectives while supporting Schneider Performance System (SPS) initiatives.
What Will You Do?
Planning \& Execution
- Lead the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) processes for assigned product families.
- Collaborate with SIOP, Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to balance demand, supply, inventory, and capacity requirements.
- Ensure efficient flow of materials and orders through production to support customer commitments and business objectives.
- Lead the Master Production Planning process and ensure planning maturity in accordance with SPS standards.
Inventory \& Supply Management
- Define and maintain supply planning parameters including lead times, stocking policies, replenishment settings, order quantities, and inventory targets.
- Develop inventory strategies that support service level goals while minimizing excess, obsolete, and unhealthy inventory.
- Manage supplier forecasts and monitor gaps between demand requirements and supplier commitments.
- Optimize material flow, replenishment processes, and logistics parameters to improve inventory performance and operational efficiency.
Supplier Performance \& Procurement Planning
- Partner with suppliers to ensure material availability and improve overall supply chain performance.
- Monitor supplier service levels, forecast accuracy, and delivery performance.
- Lead corrective and preventive actions related to supply disruptions, shortages, excess inventory, and supplier performance issues.
- Escalate critical supplier issues and coordinate recovery plans with internal and external stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement \& Operational Excellence
- Lead Value Stream Mapping activities and drive initiatives to improve product lead time, material flow, and supply chain efficiency.
- Champion Lean, SPS, and continuous improvement initiatives across planning and supply chain operations.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive sustainable results.
Performance Management
On-Time Delivery (OTD), Internal Supplier Service Rating (ISSR), Back Order Lines (BOL), Product and Customer Lead Time, Days of Inventory / Net Inventory (DIN/NIN), Finished Goods Inventory (FG), Unhealthy Stock (UHS), Supplier Performance Metrics.
Travel:
Minimal local travel required (5–10%)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field is required.
- 3\+ years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, procurement, inventory management, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, or SQL skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year.
This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
