Why this role exists

InfoIMAGE is delivering both new software capabilities and core legacy platform projects in regulated environments. As a Technical Project Manager – Level III, you’ll own end‑to‑end delivery for a mix of custom development, platform, operational, and client‑driven initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Lead end‑to‑end SDLC delivery for custom builds and/or legacy system projects.
  • Run Agile ceremonies and maintain healthy backlogs.
  • Manage risks vs. blockers, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Partner with engineering on estimation and capacity.
  • Use delivery metrics (cycle time, lead time, throughput, defect escape, CFR, MTTR) to drive decisions.
  • Deliver concise, decision‑oriented status updates.
  • Ensure compliance with PCI, SOC2, ADA, HIPAA, as applicable.
  • Maintain high‑fidelity Jira/Confluence/ADO tracking.
  • Coordinate change approvals, release planning, and validation.
  • Collaborate effectively with distributed/onshore/offshore teams.

What you’ve done

  • 5-7\+ years delivering software projects (custom, platform, or regulated operational initiatives).
  • Strong SDLC and hybrid Agile fluency.
  • Demonstrated ability to use metrics for decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication with engineering and executives.
  • Jira/Confluence/ADO experience.
  • Experience with distributed teams.
  • Banking, healthcare, financial services, or print/communications background.

Nice to have

  • PMP, PMI‑ACP, SAFe, or Scrum certifications.
  • Experience coordinating non‑functional requirements.
