Capacity Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Bridge between Bizfin and the Category teams

• Inventory \& Inbound: Capacity planning, forecasting (Inward/Outward), and container tracking
• Commercials \& Budget: PO level AOP splits, AOP tracking vs. actuals, and centralized packaging procurement.
• Strategic Expansion: EBO capacity planning (pullbacks/new stores), B2B process setup (appointment adherence), and Spare Parts listing/launching.
• Systems Integration: Item master management, Tax/Finance unblocking for e-waybills, and AMC/PMC initiatives.

--\> inventory is in the right place, at the right cost, and aligned with the financial budget (AOP)

Key Skills \& Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel/planning tools (Unicommerce, Metabase, planning models)
• Data-driven decision making
• Stakeholder management and communication
• Understanding of operations, supply chain, and workforce planning
• Ability to manage ambiguity and fast-changing demand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
• MBA / Post-graduate degree preferred
• Worked specifically with high scale planning roles \& better collaboration

Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in capacity planning, operations planning, or supply chain roles
• Experience in large-scale operations, warehouses, manufacturing, or service environments preferred

Hands-on experience with AOP planning and volume forecasting
