This role is intentionally designed for someone who wants to go beyond a traditional accounting or finance path and develop into a

well-rounded operator within a fast-scaling platform

What You’ll Do

• Leverage financial reporting and data to generate insights and support key business decisions
• Partner across accounting, investments, and operations to understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist with underwriting and evaluation of new investment opportunities
• Analyze financial and operational data to drive efficiency and support strategic initiatives
• Help build, optimize, and scale internal processes as the platform continues to grow
• Partner with leadership on special projects, including operational initiatives and vendor relationships
• Own and execute cross-functional projects across finance, operations, and data

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, consulting, or a related field (internships included)
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business fundamentals
• Genuine interest in real estate investing and business operations
• Analytical, curious mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Interest in data, systems, automation, or improving how businesses operate
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
