Job Description
AutoIQ is seeking a
Graphic Designer \& Production Artist
who finds professional satisfaction in the "perfect finish." While this role offers the opportunity to shape visual narratives, it is heavily rooted in high-volume production, brand consistency, and technical precision.
You aren't just making things look good; you are ensuring that complex, data-driven campaigns move from concept to consumer across digital and print platforms without a single pixel out of place. This is a role for a designer who takes pride in being the "final gatekeeper" of quality.
Note:
This is
not
a UX/UI role. This is a specialized position focused on marketing creative and production excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Production:
Execute and scale digital and print assets, including social media graphics, direct mail templates, email campaigns, and large-scale brochures.
- Brand Guardianship:
Rigorously maintain brand standards across diverse client portfolios, ensuring every asset—no matter how small—is on-brand and accurate.
- Technical Optimization:
Resize, adapt, and optimize graphics for various platforms, ensuring files are technically sound for both web performance and high-end print production.
- Workflow Leadership:
Manage file organization, version control, and final asset preparation to ensure the creative department meets tight deadlines.
- Collaborative Execution:
Partner with the Creative Director and Data Strategists to translate complex automotive data into clean, digestible visual assets.
Qualifications
- Experience:
2\+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a heavy emphasis on print production.
- Technical Mastery:
Expert-level proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- Print Fluency:
Deep understanding of pre-press requirements, bleed, CMYK vs. RGB, and preparing complex files for professional printers.
- Detail Obsession:
An eagle eye for typography, alignment, and color consistency.
- Adaptability:
The ability to pivot between creative brainstorming and rapid-fire production tasks without losing focus.
- Education:
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Portfolio:
Applications without a link or attached portfolio will not be considered.
