Responsibilities: Responsible for managing a proactive employee relations function consistent with our visions and values and in alignment with our people strategy. Provide advice, counsel, and guidance to people managers at all levels of the organization. Conduct research and investigations of complaints, charges, and lawsuits. Manage employee relations processes to ensure a proactive, fair and consistent approach. Provide training to management on employment law and workplace trends. Assists Director with establishing a policy framework and support of inclusion initiatives. Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelors Degree from a recognized college or university Required
Work Experience
- 5 years of professional work experience in employment law or Human Resources, involving management of employee grievances Required
Licenses and Certifications
- None Required
- PHR or SHRM-CP Preferred
