Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 10\+ years of experience in manufacturing and process technologies
- 10\+ years of project management experience, including budget oversight, timeline management, and risk analysis
- 5\+ years of leadership experience managing project management teams
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

The Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the execution of strategic capital projects within manufacturing facilities. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing project management and excels in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
Looking for an experienced leader capable of directing multiple projects, optimizing resources, and maintaining adherence to timelines and financial targets.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning \& Execution
- Lead capital project planning initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership to develop and track short- and long-term projects aligned with company objectives
- Serve as Senior Project Manager for select high-impact initiatives
- Develop and oversee project budgets to ensure alignment with business strategy
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns
Team Leadership \& Collaboration
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Partner with internal operations teams to implement process improvement initiatives
- Ensure effective coordination between project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Oversee resource planning and project staffing for optimal personnel utilization
Project Management Excellence
- Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success
- Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Conduct regular project reviews to summarize progress, challenges, and next steps for senior management
- Implement and oversee project risk assessment and contingency planning
