We’re looking for a motivated

Project Engineer

to join our West Texas Division and support large-scale infrastructure projects that keep communities connected.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a safe work environment and uphold quality standards
• Ensure crews have all materials, equipment, and survey data needed
• Track daily/weekly production, including timecards and quantities
• Perform field measurements and quantity takeoffs
• Coordinate with inspectors, subcontractors, and owner representatives
• Prepare three-week look-ahead schedules and assist with planning
• Support project teams, documentation, and company goals

🎓

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 2–4 years of heavy civil experience (roadway, bridge, grading, dirt work) preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling to active job sites
