Contract Digital Marketing & Design Specialist

Position Overview

3 MONTH CONTRACT TERM

We are seeking an experienced Contract Digital Marketing \& Design Specialist to support website management, digital marketing execution, graphic design and compliance-related marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who can manage both digital and creative projects while working independently within an established brand and marketing framework.

Core Responsibilities

Website \& Digital Support

· Build, maintain, and update website pages and landing pages

· Manage website content and updates within WordPress and Elementor

· Maintain website functionality and coordinate with hosting tools including Bluehost

· Ensure website content is accurate, current, and aligned with business priorities

· Support SEO best practices where applicable

· Assist with website improvements and conversion-focused updates

Design \& Marketing Materials

· Create and update marketing collateral including:

o Flyers

o Presentation decks

o Digital graphics

o Sales and marketing materials

· Develop materials using Adobe InDesign and related design tools

· Maintain visual consistency and brand standards across marketing materials

· Support sales and marketing teams with polished, professional deliverables

Compliance \& Marketing Support

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials meet compliance requirements

· Update and revise approved materials as needed

· Support organized and accurate management of marketing assets and materials

Required Qualifications

· Demonstrated experience with:

o WordPress

o Elementor

o Bluehost

o Adobe InDesign

· Graphic design and marketing collateral experience

· Experience managing website content and updates

· Strong attention to detail and project management skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $45\.00 - $65\.00 per hour
