Job Title: Territory Manager (Southeast Region – GA, FL, AL)

Location:

Remote (Travel Required Across Territory)

Overview

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Territory Manager to lead sales growth across Georgia, Florida, and Alabama. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and driving revenue within a defined region. The ideal candidate combines strong sales execution with technical knowledge in HVAC systems and applications. This is a highly visible, field-based role offering autonomy, impact, and the ability to directly influence regional performance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales \& Business Development

  • Own and grow sales across the assigned territory, meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with broader company objectives
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align pricing and sales strategies

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Conduct regular onsite visits, product presentations, and business reviews
  • Deliver training and support to customers as needed

Technical \& Product Support

  • Provide product recommendations and application guidance
  • Assist customers with equipment selection, specifications, and system integration
  • Collaborate with engineering and customer support teams to resolve technical or delivery challenges
  • Stay current on product updates, industry trends, and regulatory requirements

Channel \& Market Development

  • Partner with manufacturer representatives to expand product awareness and drive sales
  • Support training initiatives for customers and channel partners
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings

Reporting \& Administration

  • Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasts
  • Prepare regular reports on territory performance and opportunities
  • Manage travel and expenses in accordance with company guidelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3\+ years of outside sales experience, preferably within commercial HVAC or related industries
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and applications is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
