• Compensation:

$300,000–$550,000 base salary, based on experience, plus productivity and collections-based bonus opportunities

Physicians are supported by certified nurse midwives, APPs, experienced clinical staff, and hospital-based teams

• Travel:

None

• On-Call:

Shared equitably among the OB/GYN team, typically 3–6 shifts per month depending on location and practice scope

About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life

This opportunity is designed for an OB/GYN physician who wants to build a sustainable practice while maintaining meaningful clinical autonomy. You will join an established women's health team with an existing patient and referral base, experienced support staff, and workflows designed to keep care coordinated across outpatient and hospital settings.

In the clinic, you can expect a broad women's health practice that includes preventive care, well-woman visits, prenatal care, and evaluation and management of common and complex gynecologic conditions. Physicians interested in maintaining a procedural practice may also perform minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, hysteroscopy, cesarean sections, and other procedures appropriate to their scope.

Full-scope OB/GYN physicians will participate in obstetric care, deliveries, inpatient coverage, and shared call. For physicians looking to transition away from deliveries, a GYN-only pathway may be available, allowing you to continue practicing women's health and gynecology within an established clinical environment.

You will collaborate closely with physicians, certified nurse midwives, APPs, clinical staff, and hospital partners. The goal is a practice environment where physicians can focus on patient care while maintaining a schedule and scope that support a sustainable long-term career.

Job Duties \& Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care
• Perform preventive care, well-woman examinations, prenatal visits, and gynecologic consultations
• Diagnose and manage common and complex gynecologic conditions, including fibroids, endometriosis, abnormal uterine bleeding, and pelvic floor disorders
• Manage labor, delivery, intrapartum care, and postpartum follow-up when practicing full-scope OB/GYN
• Perform appropriate gynecologic procedures and surgeries, including minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures and hysteroscopy
• Perform cesarean sections as part of a full-scope obstetric practice
• Collaborate with physicians, CNMs, APPs, clinical staff, and hospital-based teams to coordinate patient care
• Participate in shared OB/GYN call coverage as applicable to practice scope
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely clinical documentation
• Support continuity of care across outpatient, inpatient, and perioperative settings
• Participate in clinical quality, patient safety, and practice improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• DEA registration or eligibility
• Ability to obtain required hospital privileges

• Experience practicing across outpatient and hospital-based OB/GYN settings
